Work In Progress Fitness Studio just celebrated its second year anniversary. Serving clients from Cumberland, Cape May and Atlantic Counties and Hammonton Township. Although not large, the facility is well equipped with cardio and weight training machines, free weights, as well as a vast array of other fitness tools and toys. Because Work In Progress offers personal training by appointment only with set times or floating times available, there are no crowds, no wait times for cardio, no audiences, and no worries. There are no hidden costs, no long term contracts, and rates are amazingly affordable. All you need to do is make an appointment for a tour, which includes a strength assessment, meet your trainer (both male and female trainers are available); together set your goals, and you're ready!
DURING EACH TRAINING SESSION YOU ARE THE FOCAL POINT. Your trainer will carefully develop your programs based on your goals, health, and ability level. The hour passes quickly but effectively, no two sessions are the same. Your form is closely monitored and you are encouraged and pushed to work to your potential. The facility is inviting, immaculate, and equipped with flat screens, and a sound system so you can listen to your favorite music during workouts. At Work In Progress the goal is to keep workouts safe, effective, and fun.
All trainers are experienced, insured, have client references, and hold multiple certifications with various well esteemed organizations. Clients range from in their teens to their seventies; active to sedentary; tall to short; and everything in between. One thing they all have in common, though, is they are working for a healthier, more fit life style and look forward to their workouts a Work In Progress.
